Men bold enough to wear a Speedo

I know many American women who have closed their eyes after witnessing a man in a Speedo and others who have tried to kill themselves after seeing men in thongs on the beach.  What’s up with these ladies?  Men in Europe and Asia routinely wear Speedo type swimsuits in public (that is the only time I wear mine while sticking to my board shorts here at home).  That is why makers of Couples Retreat movie put Carlos Ponce in a Speedo while Vince Vaughn wears a board short because he does not want to be dumped (or see her die) by Malin Akerman.
